John Kwasnik - Account
Manager - Reporting Systems
John joined Carson Dunlop in early 2000
as our IT Network Admin Manager. John
is a graduate of The Institute of Computer
Studies where he received a degree in
Programming and Applications Development. John
has also added his Microsoft Certified
Professional designation along the way. Expanding
his career, John moved over to spearhead
the sales and customer service elements
for Report Writing Systems including
Horizon Inspection reporting software
and the Home Reference Book paper reporting
systems. John's strong skill set
in application development, network administration,
software and hardware has proved to be
invaluable to the development of Horizon
inspection software itself, and to our
many Horizon customers. John is
actively involved in Industry Trade Shows
and special events helping to demonstrate
the powerful competitive advantages of
Horizon.
John is an avid outdoorsman who loves
to explore. Whether it's traveling by
bike, canoe, kayak or hiking - John loves
to explore and make new discoveries!
He's also a keen fisherman, guitar player,
amateur chef and wine enthusiast.

Alan Carson -
Founder
As a founder of Carson Dunlop & Associates
Ltd in 1978, Alan has a profound understanding
of the Home Inspection industry. In
early 2000, Alan embarked on an ambitious
project called "Horizon". His goal
was to develop an industry leading
electronic report writing system. Today,
Horizon is quickly becoming the report
writing system of choice for home inspectors
across North America.
Adam Mastalerz -Support Team Member
Adam has joined Carson Dunlop in 2011 as Technical Support Representative.
Adam obtained his Associate Degree in 2004 from St. Clair College in Computer Networking followed by his graduation from Ryerson University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in the Information Technology department.
Along the way in his career Adam has always enjoyed working with people and has developed very strong communication skills as well as strong interest for technology.
Adam's favourite interests include:

Adam on his spare time enjoys reading technology blogs as well as managing his own blog; he is as part-time investors and enjoys motivational books.
