Please be aware that Horizon web servers are monitored 24hrs a day, 7 days a week without fail. Any anomalies are reported immediately for diagnostics and resolution.

If for any reason you are unable to access your account, please try the following:

Ensure your complete email address is entered in the Username field.
Use the “Lost Password?” button to retrieve your password if needed
- Check your ‘Junk mail’ folder if you do not get a response right away
Confirm your internet connection is working properly. (Basic, but sometimes it never hurts to confirm)
Close Internet Explorer window and restart.
